Dedicated to Compassionate, Results-Oriented Therapy

On the outside, you make it look easy. You’ve built a life of success and high performance, but that “on” switch has started to feel permanent. Underneath the achievements, you might be wrestling with a sense of disconnection, a persistent hum of anxiety, or a relationship that feels like it’s lost its rhythm.

I’m Savannah Okada, and I help individuals and couples move beyond “coping” and toward living authentically. My goal is to help you put down the heavy weight of perfectionism and unhelpful patterns so you can reclaim a life that actually feels like your own.

An Integrated Approach: Mind, Body, and Story

Results-oriented therapy doesn’t mean we just check boxes; it means we look at the whole picture to find what truly works for you. I combine evidence-based techniques with a deep curiosity about your unique experience:

A Space for Complexity

As a therapist, I bring warmth, patience, and a bit of humor to our sessions. I specialize in helping those navigating multicultural identities and interracial relationship dynamics — areas where the “standard” advice often falls short.

I hold an MA from Pepperdine University and am dually licensed as an LMFT and LPCC. Whether we are meeting in my Santa Monica office or via Telehealth, my commitment is the same: providing a non-judgmental, results-driven space where your whole self—past and present—is welcomed.
